I can not get financial help, but I need money for college ...?

Ok, so my parents make too much money way for me to get financial help at all (their "expected contribution" is like $ 45,000 per year), but they wont give me any money for college. I can not get scholarships or grants, and I want to be a teacher in Utah pays about 30K per year to I can not afford to take $ 80,000 in student loans which is about how much money I need. I have $ 2,000 of savings and a job that pays about $ 8,000 per year. My tuition is approximately $ 11,000 and I need about $ 9,000 in living expenses. I really, really want to go to college and I am worried it wont happen. Help anyone? Any ideas?

I'm not too clear about this, but I think if your parents refuse to pay for you, you can apply for financial aid as the only support (but then, your parents might have to stop claiming you as their dependent on their tax forms).
