The job board will be nice. One other thing I would like to see is maybe a place to buy hats and shirts and stuff for your college or university.

I think the arcade will make the site way better. Another thing I think will make it better is to be able to be able to tag photos and such so people can add them to there blogs and such over the web. Sort of like how youtube is . Where you can take there video and put them on this site. Do that here also with photos and Videos.
